锰金属粉尘爆炸作用下厂房损坏倒塌模拟

摘要:为了解爆炸下限浓度下的锰金属粉尘在厂房的发生爆炸条件下厂房受损坏情况通过ANSYS/DYNA用TNT当量模拟锰粉爆炸的冲击波对建筑物结构(柱、砖墙)的破坏情况。研究结果表明:当有限空间内存在锰粉的浓度达到一定的程度(≥50g/m3)时,爆炸后0.5 ms时,柱子下部混凝土首先发生破坏,即出现裂缝,破坏的混凝土即失效;砖墙面中部砖块首先发生明显位移,砂浆部分失效,砖墙结构被破坏,在此情况下厂房墙面会倒塌 。 爆炸就对建筑物结构(柱、砖墙)产生显著的破坏力。
Abstract: In order to understand the damage of manganese metal dust at the lower limit of explosion concentration under the explosion condition of the factory building, ANSYS/DYNA used TNT equivalent to simulate the damage of the building structure (column, brick wall) by the shock wave of the manganese powder explosion. The research results show that: when the concentration of manganese powder in the limited space reaches a certain level (≥50g/m3), 0.5 ms after the explosion, the concrete at the lower part of the column will be damaged first, that is, cracks will appear, and the damaged concrete will fail. The bricks in the middle of the face are obviously displaced first, the mortar partially fails, and the brick wall structure is damaged. In this case, the wall of the factory building will collapse. The explosion produces significant damage to the building structure (columns, brick walls).
