考虑泥浆减阻作用的顶进力分析

摘 要:非开挖施工顶管法在城市内狭小的工作面积条件下极为适用,其中顶进力的分析计算是顶管施工极为重要的参数。本文阐释了顶管施工顶力的组成,分析了顶管泥浆减阻顶进时管、泥浆、土的接触状态,探讨了在泥浆减阻下顶力的变化,优化了顶推力的计算公式,结合实际工程,得出了优化公式的可行性。
Abstract: The pipe jacking method of trenchless construction is very suitable under the condition of small working area in the city, and the analysis and calculation of jacking force is an extremely important parameter of pipe jacking construction. This paper explains the composition of jacking force in pipe jacking construction, analyzes the contact state of pipe, mud and soil when pipe jacking mud is drag-reducing and jacking, discusses the change of jacking force under mud-reducing drag, and optimizes the calculation formula of jacking force. Combined with the actual project, the feasibility of the optimization formula is obtained.
