基于堆载法的建筑基桩单桩竖向抗压承载力特征静载试验分析

摘要:目的:运用堆载法,开展建筑基桩单桩竖向抗压承载力特征值的静载试验研究,确定基桩单桩设计承载力是否符合技术规范要求。方法:准备静载试验所需的仪器与装置,基桩的轴线与千斤顶的合力中心重合,在千斤顶上施加堆载物荷重,通过此种方式,产生一个竖向的作用力,将竖向作用力采用逐级加载的方式,传递给试验桩。通过布置试验装置、加、卸载分级,完成单桩竖向抗压承载力静载试验。结果:提出的基于堆载法的静载试验方法在实际应用中的效果良好,按照规范,该试验方法可以较好地实现对建筑基础桩单桩竖向抗压承载力的检测。结论:试验中不同桩号的建筑地基中的基桩单桩竖向抗压承载力特征值均符合设计规范。
Abstract: Objective: To carry out the static load test study on the characteristic value of vertical compressive bearing capacity of single pile of building foundation pile, and determine whether the design bearing capacity of single pile meets the requirements of technical specifications. Method: Prepare the instruments and devices required for the static load test, the axis of the foundation pile coincides with the resultant force center of the jack, and apply the load load on the jack. In this way, a vertical force is generated, and the vertical force is transmitted to the test pile step by step. The static load test of single pile is completed by arranging the test device, adding and unloading grading. Results: The proposed static load test method based on pile load method has good effect in practical application. According to the specification, this test method can better detect the vertical compressive bearing capacity of single pile of building foundation pile. Conclusion: The characteristic values of vertical compressive bearing capacity of single pile with different pile numbers all meet the design code.
