建筑工程安全文明施工费预测的PSO-SVM模型研究

摘要:为准确测算建筑工程安全文明施工费,提出基于粒子群算法优化支持向量机(PSO-SVM)模型的建筑工程安全文明施工费方法。根据建筑工程安全文明施工费的内涵与投入特点,分析影响安全文明施工费的主要因素作为预测模型的输入指标;构建PSO-SVM预测模型实现对建筑工程项目安全文明施工费的预测,并选取35个样本工程项目进行模型训练与测试。结果表明,用该模型测算的安全文明施工费能反映现有建筑工程项目安全文明施工费的实际投入水平。
Abstract: In order to accurately calculate the construction cost of safety civilization, a construction cost method based on PSO-SVM model is presented. According to the connotation and investment characteristics of safety and civilization construction cost in construction engineering, the main factors affecting safety and civilization construction cost are analyzed as the input index of the prediction model. The PSO-SVM prediction model is constructed to realize the prediction of the construction cost of the construction project safety and civilization, and 35 sample projects are selected for model training and testing. The results show that the safety and civilization construction cost calculated by the model can reflect the actual investment level of the safety and civilization construction cost of the existing construction projects.
