摘要： 本文通过梳理海绵城市提出的背景以及国内“海绵城市”概念，进一步加深理解对于海绵城市与雨洪管理的深刻内涵，了解如今国内外海绵城市建设的现状，同时对于现今海绵城市构建途径与技术进行系统分析，并结合国内外案例，在符合我国城市建设的情况下，思考如何更好地建设海绵城市。
Abstract: Through expounding the background of sponge city and the concept of sponge city, this paper further studies the connotation of sponge city and rain flood management, discusses the status quo of urban construction at home and abroad and analyzes the way and technology of sponge city construction. And combined with the cases at home and abroad, in the case of urban construction in china, this paper thinks about how to better construct the sponge.
