基于CDIO的软件工程专业创新应用型人才培养模式的构建与实践

摘要： 根据区域发展的需要和信息化产业对软件应用型人才培养的要求，大连科技学院对软件工程专业的人才培养模式进行了一系列改革，提出将CDIO理念引入教学过程，并对教学内容进行模块化、项目化建设，改进教学模式和教学方法，完善教学评价方式。通过人才培养模式的改革，学生的创新能力、实践能力和就业竞争力得到了极大的提高。
Abstract: According to the develop requirement for software application-oriented talents of the region economy and information technology industry, we carry out a series of reform on the talent training mode of software engineering specialty. We propose to introduce the concept of CDIO into the teaching process, make the modularization and project-oriented construction on the teaching content, improve the teaching mode and teaching methods, and perfect the teaching evaluation ways. Based on the reform of talent training mode, the students' innovation ability, practical ability and employment competitiveness can be greatly improved.
