摘要: 为解决省一级应对交通领域突发应急事件时应急调度指挥能力不足的问题,文章从省级综合交通运输调度和应急指挥系统的功能需求和系统设计出发,梳理了系统的设计目标、总体架构、数据架构、技术架构设计,对系统的主要组成及功能进行了总结,分析了系统的应用效果和前景。该系统提高了省级综合交通运输调度和应急指挥工作效率和服务水平,对相关业务的工作能力提升有重要意义。
关键词Abstract: in order to solve the provincial level response to traffic emergency when the problem of emergency scheduling command ability, the article from the provincial comprehensive transportation scheduling and emergency command system function requirements and system design, combing the design of the system, overall architecture, data architecture, technical architecture design, the main composition and functions of the system are summarized, analyzes the application effect and prospect of the system. The system has improved the work efficiency and service level of provincial comprehensive transportation dispatching and emergency command, which is of great significance to the improvement of the working ability of related businesses.
