含粗骨料聚乙烯超高性能混凝土力学性能研究
Experimental study on mechanical properties of polyethylene ultra high performance concrete containing coarse aggregate

摘 要:考虑聚乙烯纤维(PE纤维)体积掺量、钢纤维体积掺量和粗骨料体积掺量三种因素,本试验采用正交试验法设计并制作了96个超高性能混凝土试块,进行立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度试验,分析聚乙烯纤维和粗骨料对超高性能混凝土的影响规律。结果表明,掺入体积率为0.9%的聚乙烯纤维时,超高性能混凝土平均最大抗压强度提高了7.9%,且纤维的掺入能改善超高性能混凝土的脆性;掺入体积率为0%~15%范围内的粗骨料能提高超高性能混凝土的抗压强度。
Abstract: Considering the volume content of polyethylene fiber (PE fiber), steel fiber and coarse aggregate, 96 ultra-high performance concrete test blocks were designed and made by orthogonal test method. The cube compressive strength and splitting tensile strength tests were carried out to analyze the influence of polyethylene fiber and coarse aggregate on ultra-high performance concrete. The results show that the maximum compressive strength of ultra-high performance concrete increases by 7.9% when the volume ratio of polyethylene fiber is 0.9%, and the addition of fiber can improve the brittleness of ultra-high performance concrete; Adding coarse aggregate with volume ratio of 0% ~ 15% can improve the compressive strength of ultra-high performance concrete.
