摘要：房建工程屋面渗漏严重影响使用性能并给居住带来不便，通过使用TKB-530太空堡屋面节能聚合物改性沥青防水卷材的高反射技术，起到降低环境温度，减轻城市热岛效应，提高其耐老化性能，达到节能低碳之目的。在建筑领域，推广使用新材料、新工艺，能够有效预防质量通病，提高建筑质量。

Abstract: The roof leakage of housing construction engineering seriously affects the performance and brings inconvenience to living, through the use of TKB-530 space fort roof energy-saving polymer modified asphalt waterproof coil high reflection technology, to reduce the environmental temperature, reduce the urban heat island effect, improve its aging resistance, to achieve the purpose of energy saving and low carbon. In the field of construction, promoting the use of new materials and new processes can effectively prevent common quality problems and improve the quality of construction.
