基于灰色模糊理论的地铁项目投资风险评价

摘要:文章共四个部分,第一部分介绍了地铁项目投资以及风险的一些基本概念;第二部分主要详述文章中用到的方法,使用专家法和灰色关联度方法来确定影响地铁工程经济效益的各风险因子的权重,结合模糊理论确定地铁项目投资的风险程度;第三部分将灰色模糊理论应用在地铁项目的投资风险评价中,并得到地铁项目投资的风险程度;第四部分总结了灰色模糊方法用于地铁项目中的优势,对地铁工程的建设管理提出了很好的依据。
Abstract: The paper consists of four parts,the first part introduces some basic concepts of investment and risk of metro project. The second part mainly elaborates the research methods of evaluation in this paper, uses expert method and grey correlation method to determine the weights of various risk factors that affect the economic benefits of metro projects, and combines fuzzy theory to determine the risk degree of metro project investment. In the third part, the grey fuzzy theory is applied to the investment risk assessment of metro project, and the risk degree about investment of metro project can be obtained. The fourth part sums up the advantagees of grey fuzzy method in this project, and puts forward a good basis for the construction management of metro project.
